Craven House on Foubert's Place in London’s Soho is an old chapel, now used as an office building. Bywater acquired Craven House in January 2024.
The building extends over lower ground, ground and 3 upper floors to provide c.20,000 sq ft.
The design approach takes an innovative approach to the use of mass timber to reduce the load on the existing structure to enable retention while exploring a harmonious contemporary architectural approach in this the design-epicentre of London.
